SHIPPING & RETURNS
We shop online too, so we get it. We want you to feel comfortable placing orders and knowing what to expect. It's all very standard best practices so you shouldn't have any surprises. Easy, peazy.

- WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER. Orders are shipped M-F, usually within 24-48 hours. We often ship on Saturdays as well, but this is not always the case.
- CHECK MY ORDER. You will receive an email with your order information as well as your shipping tracking number with the carrier used.
- FREE SHIPPING. Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via USPS Ground Advantage which provides tracking AND insurance.
- TRACK SHIPMENTS. With your tracking number, you can track your shipment by plugging that tracking number into any search engine. The customer receives this tracking number via email from us upon our shipping it out.
- SHOWS DELIVERED BUT IS NOT IN MAIL BOX Unfortunately this happens in areas with porch thieves. The customer is responsible for filing claims with the post office using the tracking number provided in order to be reimbursed. We purchase insurance for all packages up to $100 in value. Most times these packages are found by the postal service so don't despair.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. Please allow additional time for tracking updates. Again, we do NOT receive updates on your shipping so keep your tracking number handy to follow the status of your shipment. See International Shipping details.
- CHANGE MY ORDER. We aren't able to make any changes or edits to any orders once submitted – this includes the shipping address. Please review your information before completing your order. This is a technical impossibility - not a lack of willingness.
- CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS. We can't update the address on your order after it has been placed. This is a technical impossibility, not a lack of willingness. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to send a replacement or provide a refund.
- REFUNDS THAT ARE INELIGIBLE. Please note that we can't refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.
- CANCEL MY ORDER. We are generally unable to cancel orders once they are placed on our site as we process and ship sometimes within an hour of receiving your order. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order. If it's within 24-48 hours, email us (questions@maxinesrevenge.com) in case we are able to cancel your order. We MAY be able to cancel before it ships. We do not guarantee this, but we will certainly try! We don't want to waste and this would be a waste for us to ship something you don't want. We lose money and you're not happy to have to ship back to get your refund.
- FREE SHIPPING. For orders greater than $34 USD prior to any taxes.
- PAID SHIPPING. Customers pay shipping fees for orders less than $34 USD which is currently $5.75 using USPS / United States Postal Service standard shipping.
- STANDARD SHIPPING TIME. Usually USPS takes 3-6 business days.
- SIGNATURE REQUIRED for USPS. If you require a signature, please reach out to us before you place your order so we can select that in the shipping process, if using USPS.
- NO PO BOXES / FREIGHT FORWARDERS. We do not accept orders that are billed to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses.
- YES. WE SHIP GLOBALLY AT THIS TIME. We happily ship wherever you are! International shipping is paid by customers.
- SELECT CARRIER. At the checkout page, you will see various carrier options with a range of fees from which you can choose. USPS is the United States Postal Service and is always (from what we've seen) the most affordable option. However, it is also the slowest. ;( Depending how far you are from California, it can take 1 to 6 weeks if you choose the USPS shipping option. More or less.
- TIMING for USPS. Most seem to arrive in a very reasonable timeframe using USPS but we want you to be aware that its delivery timing isn't guaranteed the way it is with a commercial carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
- TRACKING # and UPDATES. Regardless of which carrier you chose, be sure to KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER handy. Maybe save it to your notes app in your phone. They SHOULD update you with timing via your email. But if not, you can type or copy your tracking number into their site (look for the section that says TRACKING) to get real-time updates. We do NOT receive shipping updates automatically as you should.
- INSURANCE. If you choose to use USPS, you may also want to get insurance for the value of your order. There's a modest extra charge for that. Let us know if you need help with that. Shoot us an email questions@maxinesrevenge.com.
- NO P.O. BOXES / FREIGHT FORWARDERS. We do not accept orders that are billed to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses.
We get it. No formula - no matter how good it is - will work for everyone. We have a relatively generous 45-day return policy, which means you have plenty of time. No stress.
How do we count the 45 days? Easy, we start the count 10 days after your shipment is reported as "delivered".
See below for more specifics:
- PROOF OF PURCHASE. If you ordered directly from our site (vs another site such as TikTok, Instagram or any other), you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligle for a refund. This way we are sure to refund the correct account.
- PURCHASED ELSEWHERE. For any sales through other sites (TikTok, Instagram, or others), simply follow that platform's return policy as we are compliant with it.
- ORDER PAPERWORK. If you can't find your order paperwork from your purchase directly from our site, no worries - we can look it up in the system with your name if you ordered directly from us.

- PACK YOUR RETURN CORRECTLY. Assuming your return is within the time window noted above, simply wrap the products (including the unit carton which is the white box that snuggly holds the product) in tissue paper or some other protector so we don’t have any spills and messes for our shipping friends and our warehouse teams, pop it in an appropriately sized mailer, and send back to us with your order paperwork inside. Simple. Note: Your order number must be included in your return.
- RETURN TRACKING #.Keep your tracking number handy so you can see when we receive your return which is when we issue the refund, usually within a week of receiving your returned item.
- RETURN SHIPPING. We do not send return mailing labels - the cost of USPS or UPS or FedEx (or other carrier) return mailing label is the responsibility of our customers.
- NOT ELIGIBLE. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items or gift cards.
- NOT ELIGIBLE - WRONG ADDRESS PROVIDED. Please note that we can't refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.
- NOT ELIGIBLE. If your product is shown as delivered at the address you provided but you have not received it. This is a highly unlikely scenario, but one we nonetheless need to address. If you live in an area that has a lot of porch pirates, reach out to us before you place your order to request insurance for your shipment with requires a modest additional fee.
- REFUND TIMING. If your request is approved, refunds are processed within 1 week of receipt. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

- RETURN & REPURCHASE. You must return the item you want to exchange, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item. As a friend of the brand, don’t worry, we will make this as easy as possible for you!
- EU POLICY. European Union 3 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
